Systems Analyst

Role Description The Systems Analyst role is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting the company’s information systems and technology-driven processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing systems and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and documenting functional requirements. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and supporting implementation and testing of system changes. The Systems Analyst will also assist with troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with IT providers, and ensuring that solutions are aligned with project and operational goals. Regular reporting, clear communication, and adherence to data security and compliance standards are expected.

• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system and application issues efficiently.
• Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, and a commitment to data security and compliance, is advantageous.
