We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Group Business Service team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking. In this role, your key responsibilities include: Configure, customize, and implement Wealth Management, Brokerage, Custody, and Investment platforms to meet business and regulatory requirements. Own platform parameterization, product setup, market configuration, fee setup, account structures, custody models, and operational workflows. Design and implement integrations between wealth platforms, brokerage systems, custody platforms, market data providers, CRM, core banking, and digital channels. Support onboarding journeys, investment servicing workflows, trade processing, settlement, custody, and asset servicing functions. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, Operations, and Vendors to deliver strategic initiatives. Participate in impact assessments, solution design reviews, implementation planning, and release activities. Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation stabilization activities. Troubleshoot platform, integration, and data-related issues and provide defect resolution support. Implement reporting, regulatory, operational, and management information feeds. Support data migration, platform upgrades, onboarding of new products, and business expansion initiatives. Ensure platform configurations comply with security, audit, compliance, and operational standards. Provide L3 application support for Wealth, Brokerage, and Custody platforms, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and production stability improvements. Core domain knowledge: Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Brokerage, Custody, Asset Management, and Investment servicing platforms. Knowledge of Advisory, Discretionary, and Self-Directed investment operating models. Understanding of investment products including Equities, ETFs, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Alternatives, and Digital Assets. Strong understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle including order capture, execution, settlement, reconciliation, custody, and corporate actions processing. Knowledge of account onboarding, client servicing, KYC, and investment suitability processes. Understanding of Portfolio Management, OMS, PMS, Trading, Custody, and Asset Servicing ecosystems. Experience with custody operating models, safekeeping, asset transfers, settlement processes, and corporate actions management. Knowledge of Digital Asset Custody, Tokenization, and Digital Asset Trading models is highly desirable. Familiarity with banking controls, regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and operational governance within wealth and brokerage businesses. Experience in wealth platform implementation, product rollout, migration, and transformation programmes. L3 application support for Wealth, Brokerage, and Custody platforms, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and production stability improvements. The ideal candidate should have the following experience Strong hands-on experience in platform implementation, configuration, customization, and integration. Experience in software development using Java, .NET, scripting frameworks, and platform-specific development tools. Strong API integration experience including REST APIs, event-driven architectures, web services, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience integrating Wealth, Brokerage, Custody, Core Banking, CRM, Market Data, IAM, and Digital Channel platforms. Strong SQL skills with experience in PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and exposure to NoSQL databases. Experience with microservices-based architectures, containerization, and cloud-native deployment models. Proficiency in cloud platforms and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure). Understanding of FIX protocol, OMS integrations, custody integrations, and market connectivity platforms. Strong understanding of IAM, SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, RBAC, Segregation of Duties, and security controls. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, release automation, and environment management. Understanding of performance optimization, resiliency, high availability, disaster recovery, and operational monitoring concepts. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io, Postman, Swagger, and API testing tools. At least 5 years of experience in Technology functions or Digital organisations.
