It manages services for individuals with serious mental health needs, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and intellectual/developmental disabilities. 2. About the Opportunity:
The Systems Engineer II is responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting the enterprise IT infrastructure, including network, server, storage, and data environments. This role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations that support organizational objectives by monitoring system performance, implementing infrastructure solutions, and collaborating with technical stakeholders.
3. Responsibilities:
- Administer enterprise infrastructure components to support technology operations.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to identify issues.
- Implement infrastructure enhancements and configuration changes.
- Maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, storage, and system issues.
4. Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED with three years of relevant IT experience and required certification; OR
- Associate''s degree with one year of relevant IT experience and required certification; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Applicable IT certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, Azure, ITIL, or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Residency within North Carolina.
- Preferred experience in network security, cloud computing, data protection, virtualization, email administration, Active Directory, wireless LAN, project management, or VOIP systems.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range: $68,640 - $95,127.
