The role will focus on VMware, Citrix, and SCCM technologies, ensuring secure, reliable, and high‑performance environments for one of our clients based in Saudi Arabi a. Key Responsibilities Administer and support enterprise operating systems and virtualization platforms Manage endpoint and server environments using SCCM and related tools Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) with VMware and Citrix Ensure performance, availability, and security across endpoint and VDI systems Provide incident management, monitoring, and operational support for business‑critical environments Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred; diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise or production infrastructure Strong expertise in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy Proficiency with VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (VDI) Skilled in endpoint and server management using Microsoft SCCM/MECM Hands‑on experience with DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell scripting for automation Background in hybrid cloud environments, production troubleshooting, and incident management Proven ability to support high‑availability, business‑critical systems Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration Why Join Us?
