Systems Manager

Role Description The Systems Manager is a part-time remote role responsible for overseeing the technical performance and reliability of the affiliate marketing platform. Daily tasks include monitoring system uptime, ensuring smooth integration with Flipkart and Amazon links, and managing basic server or hosting configurations. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, coordinating fixes, and optimizing site performance for speed and stability. The Systems Manager will also collaborate with content or marketing contributors to support new features, implement updates, and maintain data accuracy and security across the platform’s systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong System Administration skills, including managing hosting environments and basic configuration of web-based systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess experience in Technical Support and Information Technology, including responding to technical inquiries and maintaining system reliability.
• Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., CMS platforms, basic HTML/CSS), domain and DNS management, and performance monitoring tools is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and clear written communication skills are required.
• Prior experience with e-commerce, affiliate marketing platforms, or similar online systems is an advantage.
