About the role: As a Systems & Technology Business Process Manager on our Enterprise Supply Chain team, you will lead the design, integration, and optimization of a digital ecosystem. This ecosystem enables procurement operations, parts distribution, and large-scale construction project delivery. You will ensure that systems, data, and technology investments improve compliance, operational excellence, cost control, safety, and predictable project outcomes. You will report to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations and OpEx and work remote. 100% Remote role. Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy, Roadmap & Enterprise Architecture Alignment Budgeting, Resource Planning & Governance Manufacturing Systems Leadership Construction Project Technology AI Strategy & Roadmap Change Management, ESC System Adoption & Process Compliance ESC Data, Analytics & Decision Support ESC Cybersecurity, Governance & Risk Management Leadership, Influence & Collaboration Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Supply Chain leadership experience Operational Excellence experience 10+ years of experience leading enterprise systems in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments Experience with ERP, MES, PLM, project management, and supply chain systems. APICS – CPIM or Black Belt Preferred We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
