Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to join our dedicated team of data professionals. As a Tableau Developer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into insightful visualizations, providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expertise in Tableau, SQL, and database management, coupled with strong client communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives.
  
• Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data insights.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data visualizations.
  
• Optimize data models and queries for optimal performance and efficient data retrieval.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the Tableau environment.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau versions, features, and industry best practices.
  
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks as needed.
  
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
  
• Act as an individual contributor, taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience working with Tableau, including the latest Tableau versions.
  
• Proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of relational database management systems, data modeling, and normalization principles.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
  
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends effectively.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  
• Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule (2:00 PM to 11:30 PM IST) to provide global support.
  
• Prior experience in [specific domain/industry] is a plus.
