Tactical Security Talent Pool

POSITION SUMMARY

We are building a pool of highly skilled training and security professionals for upcoming CONUS and OCONUS assignments in dynamic, environments. These projects include humanitarian missions and protective operations for critical personnel and assets. Roles will vary from training and advising foreign military and law enforcement elements.

By joining our talent pool, you will be eligible to be considered for multiple global projects including opportunities to work alongside elite teams in challenging environments. This posting is for future opportunities and talent pool development, not necessarily for immediate openings. These openings may have specific qualifications or pre-employment requirements to be determined at that time. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide instruction in military subjects to include:
  • Marksmanship, basic and advanced
  • Medical training, TCCC, blood banking
  • Communications basic and advanced
  • Mobility training all surfaces
  • UAS/CUAS integration
  • Executive Protection
  • Close Quarters Battle
• Provide security solutions in sensitive, austere locations.
• Participate in motorcade operations and advance security planning.
• Carry and operate weapons as required by mission parameters.
• Maintain proficiency in tactics, techniques, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid passport and driver’s license.
• Special Operations military experience is strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of military or protective security experience; 1 year in hazardous environments preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-deployment training, weapons qualifications, and fitness standards.
• Willingness to deploy to austere, and potentially high-risk locations for extended periods.
