We’re looking for experienced VET professionals to join our team and deliver training across Project Management and Training and Assessment. We’re seeking expertise in both areas, with opportunities to contribute to one or both disciplines depending on your experience and industry background.

You’ll design and deliver practical, engaging training, provide expert guidance on assessment practices and ensure learning is aligned with relevant VET standards. You’ll work with diverse learner groups and draw on your industry connections and knowledge of current training and industry trends to connect learning with real-world practice across:

  • Project Management
    • BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management
    • BSB40920 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice
  • Training and Assessment
    • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Position Requirements

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, support and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
  • A Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, higher-level qualification in adult education, or equivalent.
  • Relevant industry experience in Project Management and/or Training and Assessment.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training or teaching in classroom, industry and/or online environments.
  • Strong understanding of VET standards, assessment practices and quality requirements.
  • Current industry knowledge and the ability to maintain strong connections with industry and respond to changing training needs.
