What You'll Do E-commerce Operations: Support daily operations of core marketplace platforms (MOMO, Shopee) as part of the Taiwan Marketplace team, gaining hands-on experience in managing and running the e-commerce business. Business Analysis: Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to help the team assess results and identify opportunities or actions, plus support ad-hoc projects like competitor studies to monitor the competitive landscape. Internal/External Communications: Act as point of contact for designated work streams, owning communication and collaboration with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Logistics) and external partners (e-commerce platforms, agencies, vendors). Campaign/Go-to-Market Support: Lead or support campaigns such as co-branding initiatives, new product launch activations, and influencer marketing efforts.
