Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Talend Developer with strong SQL and Test Data Management expertise to design, develop, and maintain data integration and testing solutions. The role involves building ETL pipelines, managing test data for QA and UAT environments, and supporting analytics and reporting needs. Experience with Databricks is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Talend.

· Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

· Implement and manage Test Data Management (TDM) strategies to support QA, UAT, and regression testing.

· Create, refresh, mask, subset, and validate test data across multiple environments.

· Integrate data from various sources including databases, APIs, and flat files.

· Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and performance across data pipelines and test datasets.

· Troubleshoot and resolve data integration, test data, and performance issues.

· Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand test data requirements.

· Support scheduling, deployment, and monitoring of Talend jobs.

· Document data flows, test data processes, and technical designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong hands-on experience with Talend (Talend Data Integration / Talend Studio).

2. Advanced SQL expertise, including query optimization and performance tuning.

3. Solid experience with Test Data Management (TDM) concepts and practices.

4. Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

5. Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.

6. Experience in Healthcare domain with knowledge of EDI transactions, including 837 Claims, 834 Membership/Enrollment, and related healthcare data processing workflows.

7. Hands-on experience processing, validating, transforming, and troubleshooting healthcare claim and enrollment files (837, 834) using ETL tools and SQL.

8. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, healthcare data privacy, and data quality standards.

9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working with healthcare payers, providers, or managed care organizations.

· Knowledge of healthcare data models including claims, members, providers, eligibility, and encounters.

· Experience supporting QA/UAT testing through test data creation, masking, subsetting, and validation in healthcare environments.

· Exposure to healthcare data migration and modernization initiatives.
