Our Talent Acquisition Academy trains the next generation of recruitment professionals. If you're curious about people, business and technology, this is a structured path into a Talent Acquisition career — with real exposure to the full recruitment cycle, a strong focus on tech talent, and hands-on involvement from day one.

· Contract type: IEFP Professional internship

What You'll Be Doing

· Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from understanding hiring needs to candidate onboarding

· Partner with hiring managers to understand business challenges and talent requirements

· Develop sourcing skills across different channels and recruitment strategies

· Build close, personalized relationships with candidates throughout the process

· Participate in interviews and develop candidate assessment skills

· Contribute to an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the journey

· Gain real knowledge of the tech market — roles, skills, and profiles

· Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

· Take part in continuous improvement projects within the TA function.

What We're Looking For

· Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Management or related fields

· Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment and people development

· Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships

· Curiosity about technology and the talent market

· Organizational skills and sense of responsibility in managing priorities

· Proactive mindset and autonomy

· Comfort with fast-changing priorities

· Fluent English (required).
