Talent Acquisition Advisor role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who loves building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that recruitment is about so much more than filling vacancies. It's about helping people find a place where they can grow, contribute and belong.

A Bit About You...
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a similar advisory role (typically 3+ years) across a diverse range of roles
- Previous experience recruiting within a retail or multi-site environment will be highly regarded
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Building talent pipelines to support future hiring needs
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Supporting employment brand and talent attraction initiatives
