Talent Acquisition Advisor

The Role

Stockholm Live is now looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who wants to play a key role in how we attract, find and recruit future talent for our business.

As Talent Acquisition Advisor , you will be responsible for our recruitment agenda and lead recruitment for permanent roles within Northern Europe. You will work closely with our managers in the region and act as an advisor throughout the recruitment process – from understanding business needs and defining the right profile to search, selection and offer.

Here, you will recruit for a business where no two days are quite the same. Our teams work across everything from venue operations and food & beverage to commercial partnerships and specialist functions. What they have in common is our goal: to find people who want to create goosebumps for our organisers, partners and guests.

The Responsibilities

• Own and lead recruitment processes for permanent roles – from identifying the need to making an offer

• Act as an advisory and challenging partner to hiring managers on role profiles, selection and recruitment strategy

• Support our People Operations team with volume recruitment matters and ways of working, as well as system support in Teamtailor

• Ensure structured, inclusive and high-quality recruitment processes with a strong candidate experience

• Develop our ways of working, tools and processes

• Monitor recruitment data and use insights to improve quality, efficiency and accuracy

• Contribute to our employer branding work and strengthen Stockholm Live and Legends Global as attractive employers

• Collaborate with our global network and Talent functions within Legends Global

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who loves the combination of people, business and recruitment. You are curious about what helps both people and organisations succeed, and thrive in a role where you switch between being an advisor, project manager and hands-on recruiter.

You can quickly understand a business and translate its needs into a clear recruitment strategy. You are confident in dialogue with managers, willing to challenge when needed, and build trust by being solution-oriented, structured and communicative.

To succeed with us, we also believe you will enjoy a fast-paced and changing environment whose rhythm follows our event calendar. You do not need to know the industry from the outset – but we hope you are curious about the people and skills that make great experiences happen.

• Experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably from an in-house Talent function or recruitment agency

• Experience independently managing recruitment processes from start to finish

• Experience in proactive search and candidate identification

• Strong ability to work in an advisory capacity with managers and other stakeholders

• Ability to work in a structured way across several parallel recruitment processes

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience with recruitment systems and digital sourcing tools

• Experience recruiting in an international or regional organisation, and recruiting across several areas of expertise and seniority levels, is an advantage. We would also welcome experience in hospitality recruitment, high-volume recruitment, and recruiting both collectively bargained and salaried employees.
