Talent Acquisition Analyst

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to contribute to the attraction and selection processes by searching, evaluating and pre-selecting candidates, ensuring a constant flow of talent to meet the operational and strategic needs of the organization, while learning and applying best practices in the area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
• +1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Excel
• Upper Intermediate or advanced english level (B2+ or C1).

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting and disseminating open positions through all available channels.
• Filtering and reviewing resumes to ensure they meet the requirements of each position.
• Interviewing candidates and coordinating relevant technical and psychometric tests.
• Analyzing psychometric test results and preparing interpretation reports.
• Providing feedback to candidates and those responsible for selection.
• Ensuring that selection processes are aligned with employer branding objectives.
• Fostering long-term relationships with potential candidates.
• Negotiating contractual terms with candidates.
• Liaising between candidates and the immigration team, accompanying and guiding them through the legal and administrative requirements of the visa application process.
