Job Summary: Responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role partners with hiring managers, Human Resources, and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure efficient, high-quality hiring processes. This position also supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of early-career talent programs, including internship and trainee initiatives, helping build sustainable talent pipelines for future organizational needs. Duties/Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer support. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company policies and employment regulations. Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at recruiting events and career fairs. Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes. Performs other duties as assigned. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Early Talent Programs Develop, administer, and continuously improve internship and trainee programs. Coordinate program timelines, recruitment activities, onboarding, rotations, evaluations, and completion activities. Partner with business leaders to identify meaningful assignments and development opportunities for participants. Monitor participant progress and provide guidance to managers and program participants. Identify opportunities to convert high-performing interns and trainees into full-time employees. Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on feedback and business needs. University and External Partnerships Partner with the Communications team to establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, technical schools, and other educational institutions. Coordinate campus recruiting activities, information sessions, and networking events. Develop partnerships that strengthen the organization's early-talent brand and candidate pipeline. Identify and participate in industry events, student organizations, and talent development initiatives. Program Administration and Analytics Maintain accurate records, program documentation, and recruiting data. Monitor and report key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, intern conversion rates, participant retention, and program effectiveness. Prepare recommendations for future workforce pipeline needs based on hiring trends and business objectives. Assist with workforce planning activities related to intern and trainee populations. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong knowledge of recruiting principles and talent acquisition practices. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong project management and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on trends and results. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. Five (5) or more years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, talent development, university relations, or a related Human Resources function. Experience managing recruiting processes and building candidate pipelines. Experience coordinating programs, projects, or talent development initiatives preferred. Must have valid driver’s license and meet MVR guidelines. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working on a computer. Frequent use of a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and by telephone. Ability to travel to company locations, educational institutions, career fairs, and recruiting events. Ability to move materials and equipment related to recruiting and program events, and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. This is a hybrid position requiring four days in the office and one remote workday per week. Preference will be given to local candidates.
