Talent Acquisition Coordinator

[solidcore] is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization. This role serves as a critical support function within our talent acquisition process, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Located in Arlington, V A, operating on a hybrid schedule, t his role offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed company aiming to lead the studio fitness space. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with current information Assist with job posting creation and distribution across multiple job boards and social media platforms Administrative Functions Prepare and send offer letters, employment agreements, and pre-employment documentation Track recruitment metrics and assist with reporting on hiring progress and pipeline status Coordinate background checks Maintain compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines and documentation requirements Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support roles Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms preferred Previous experience in coordinating virtual and in-person recruiting events Experience in high-volume recruiting environments preferred Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements Passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.
