About the role

You’ll contribute to having a high-quality candidate experience by offering day-to-day support in candidate communication and coordinating recruitment processes with colleagues in HR and recruiting leaders. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work with screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, reference calls and other tasks related to recruitment.

We appreciate the insight and ideas you can bring us, as well as your contribution in the daily work. You will be involved in recruitment for one of our largest professional groups at If, insurance- and claims advisors.

About the team

The role is placed in the Talent Acquisition organization in HR. Besides working with your TA-colleagues you might also be in contact with HR colleagues in other teams and recruiting leaders. They will support you to succeed and encourage you in your development journey in If.

Who are you?

You have an ambition to learn more in the area of recruitment. Your inner drive is strong, you have a sense of responsibility and can be trusted to deliver. You are structured and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time. It is easy for you to create internal and external relations.

You also have:

• Started a bachelor’s or master’s degree, it is an advantage if you are in the beginning of your studies

• Experience working with some kind of coordinating or administration

• Some work experience within e.g., HR, recruitment or communication is beneficial

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written

• Experience working in different systems is beneficial

Additional facts and the recruitment process:

Application deadline: 2025-10-09. Screening will start as soon as possible. You can expect to hear from us within three weeks after the application deadline.

Process: For a fair recruitment process, we are using tests as the first step to assess potential and match with the position. Relevant candidates are then invited to an interview.

Work location: Bergshamra, Stockholm, or Mölndal, Gothenburg with the flexibility to work from home.

Schedule: 16-20 hours a week, in periods you will have the opportunity to work more. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, in dialogue with the business.

Final candidates will undergo a background check before employment.
