Job Details

• Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
• Location: Fully Remote (Only Open to Candidates in Latin America - Expats welcome)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)
• Compensation: $1,039.98 USD/month ($6.00 USD/hour)

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and professional networks.
• Schedule & Interview Coordination: Coordinate complex interview schedules and conduct candidate interviews to evaluate skill alignment and qualifications.
• Process Optimization: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing timely communication and administrative workflows.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Professional Background: At least 2+ years of recent experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Coordination.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in interview scheduling, interview coordination, conducting interviews, and using modern Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Language & Communication: Advanced English speaking and written communication skills.
• Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
