  • Conduct audits of background checks, recruiting spend, invoices, referral bonus payments, and other recruiting activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and appropriate controls.
  • Maintain recruiting records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Recruiting Operations Support

  • Serve as a central resource for recruiting operations questions, process guidance, and administrative support.
  • Provide offer and onboarding support during periods of high hiring volume or recruiter capacity constraints, assisting candidates through offer acceptance, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the business.

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Produce and maintain recruiting operational reports and records.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and reduce administrative burden for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Support implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and operational best practices.

Education:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, talent acquisition operations, payroll, finance, or administrative support.
  • Experience managing invoices, budgets, expense tracking, or vendor payments.
  • Experience working with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure service delivery.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records, conducting audits, and supporting compliance-related processes.
  • Experience supporting high-volume administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.
