We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update candidate information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in creating job postings and managing job advertisements. Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring decisions. Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation. Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 - 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices. Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience using ATS tools. Knowledge of IT recruitment terminology. Understanding of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
