Talent Acquisition Expert with German (F/M)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment expertise, and manage end-to-end hiring processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies across EMEA using various platforms, tools, and social media channels.
• Build a strong understanding of local market dynamics and business needs to attract and engage the right talent.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners and vendors to support hiring goals and ensure a high-quality recruitment process.
• Contribute to local and global Talent Acquisition, employer branding, and people-related projects and initiatives.
• Create and manage employer branding content, social media activities, and employee-focused campaigns aligned with company values and culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within international and multicultural business environments.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher) and German (B2 level or higher).
• Proven experience recruiting across the EMEA region for a wide range of functions.
• Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, with good knowledge of modern sourcing tools, platforms, and market-mapping techniques.
• Passion for Employer Branding and experience supporting initiatives that increase employer visibility and attract talent.
• Creative and proactive approach to recruitment, with the ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies and think beyond traditional methods.
