WE’RE HIRING: TALENT ACQUISITION & HR – DUBAI REAL ESTATE

RIVA MAISON REAL ESTATE is looking for a strong Talent Acquisition & HR professional to take ownership of two key areas of our business:

1. Recruiting high-quality Dubai real estate agents

2. Managing the day-to-day HR function

This is not a role for someone who simply posts vacancies and waits for CVs. We need someone who can headhunt, attract, screen and close strong talent while ensuring our HR operation is organised and professional.

WHAT YOU’LL BE SELLING TO AGENTS

• Up to 70% commission for experienced performers

• Remote-first company

• Dedicated Sales Manager and team structure

• Weekly team meetings

• On-site meetings within your specialist area

• Dedicated Social Media Manager supporting personal & agency branding/content

• Company-generated leads and campaigns

• Prime Spot area/listing exposure

• Clear area specialisms and focus

• High-ticket areas including Al Barari, Jumeirah Park & The Springs

• Opportunities across Off-Plan, Secondary, Rentals & Commercial

TALENT ACQUISITION

You will proactively headhunt experienced agents through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals and direct outreach.

We expect you to build a consistent recruitment pipeline, properly screen candidates, coordinate interviews, follow up aggressively and convert the right people into hires.

HR OPERATIONS

You will also own the HR function across RIVA MAISON, including:

• New starter onboarding

• Offboarding and terminations

• Employment/agent contracts and documentation

• Maintaining employee and agent records

• Probation and performance documentation

• Policies, procedures and HR administration

• Tracking attendance and internal HR requirements

• Ensuring onboarding/offboarding access and documentation is completed correctly

We need someone who is commercially minded, highly organised and proactive.

Recruitment is a major part of this role, but you must be equally comfortable running the HR function once people are inside the business.
