Help us grow - and keep the people operations behind that growth running smoothly We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist who can help us hire great people while also supporting the HR operations that make every new joiner’s experience smooth, accurate and well organised. This is a varied role combining full-cycle recruitment with core HR operations . You will manage your own portfolio of roles, partner with hiring managers, support contracts and onboarding, maintain accurate HR data and help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. What you'll do Hire great talent - from sourcing and screening through offer and close. Build strong pipelines and keep hiring managers and candidates moving. Own contracts, onboarding and accurate HR data in BambooHR. Support benefits, employee changes and day-to-day HR administration. Coordinate new-country hires with our Employer-of-Record partner. Improve the processes that make recruitment and HR operations faster and smoother. What you bring Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling, international environment. 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations or a generalist HR role with strong recruitment exposure. Experience independently managing recruitment from sourcing through hire. Strong direct-sourcing and candidate-management skills. Confidence managing multiple vacancies and HR priorities at the same time. Very strong organisational skills and close attention to detail. A proactive approach and the confidence to flag risks, follow up and keep work moving. Good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel. Excellent written and spoken English. Bonus points if you have Exposure to Employer-of-Record providers, payroll coordination or benefits administration. Experience in a B2B SaaS, technology or HR technology company.
