At adesso Spain , we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR Iberia team in Barcelona (Sant Cugat del Vallès) . If you're passionate about people, recruitment and employer branding, and you're eager to learn in a hands-on role, we'd love to meet you! What You’ll Do: As part of our HR team, you'll play an active role in attracting and hiring top talent while gaining exposure to different HR processes. Your responsibilities will include: Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels. Screen CVs and support candidate selection. Coordinate interviews, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Prepare candidate profiles and interview reports. Maintain and update our candidate database. Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives. Collaborate with the HR team on talent acquisition and people-related projects. Provide support with day-to-day HR administrative tasks. What We’re Looking For: Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field. Able to sign an internship agreement with your university. English proficiency (minimum B2 level). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive and eager to learn. Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
