What You’ll Do:
This is an initial six-month contractor engagement, with the potential to extend on a rolling basis according to business needs. Based in Toronto with a hybrid working model, this role will provide hands-on recruiting capacity to support Pigment’s hiring drive.
- Partner directly with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify and prioritise immediate talent requirements.
- Source, engage and close high-performing candidates across a broad range of GTM roles.
- Develop creative, headhunting-led strategies to reach passive, top-tier SaaS talent through market mapping, targeted outreach and industry intelligence.
- Screen and assess candidates against both values alignment and the technical or commercial competencies required for each role.
- Deliver a seamless, transparent and high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.
- Act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders by coaching interview teams and sharing recruitment best practices.
- Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify successful approaches, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the Talent Acquisition team’s processes, tools and operating model.
- Provide flexible recruitment support across priority GTM hiring as hiring volumes and business needs evolve.
