Talent Acquisition Manager (Cyprus-based)

What you will do: Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing & selecting candidates to extending job offers; Develop and execute sourcing strategies across international and Russian-speaking job markets; Post vacancies on relevant local and international job boards; Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments; Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies; Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business areas; Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes; Ensure positive candidate experience and strong employer branding. Requirements: Fluent Russian and English (both spoken and written); 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within IT, Fintech, Digital Marketing; Proven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search, networking); Experience with ATS software; Experience recruiting for technical and digital roles will be a plus; High level of ownership, proactivity, and decision-making capability; Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
