To learn more, visit https://www.pcsretirement.com/ Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner role will work with the Head of People & Culture to develop and maintain a high performing talent acquisition and onboarding strategy for the company. This individual will be responsible for all recruitment procedures and processes, from sourcing to hiring, and identifying high-potential candidates. Job Responsibilities Create, own, and manage full-cycle recruiting and staffing process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience including internal promotions, transfers and changes. Find and leverage innovative techniques to capture the attention of top talent with a strong focus on identifying and attracting passive talent Create and maintain an interview scoring model to consistently evaluate candidates directly and/or through the interview process, and leverage the data for both hiring the best individual candidate and measuring the success of recruiting and staffing efforts on a periodic basis Partner with executives and department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria Schedule interviews, oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details Implement online and offline employer branding activities Work with multiple teams to develop recruitment materials to increase our employer brand awareness especially with potential retirement industry employees Build a network of qualified candidates who are excited about the company Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Compile and analyze data and metrics to report on recruiting outcomes in support of business plans, including recruiting and staffing expense/efficiency KPI’s across FTE’s and contractors Manage and participate in the onboarding process for all new hires and contractors Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and ATS vendors Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company Manage the overall H1B process All other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree 3 to 5 years’ experience as an expert hands-on recruiter. Preferably with experience in technology and/or financial services. Strong customer service focus internally and externally. Ability to recruit across the business, from creative talent to technical operations to administrative Proven organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment Proficient with LinkedIn sourcing techniques and applicant-tracking software Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize work and maintain confidentiality Paylocity and Salesforce experience a plus PHR or SPHR certification preferred Remote Work Information For all virtual remote positions, in order to ensure employees can effectively perform their job duties with no distractions, we require an uninterrupted virtual work space and there is also an expectation of family care being in place during business hours. Compensation Information The average salary for this position is expected to be between $65,000 and $85,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
