To help us achieve this, we are looking for a proactive and values-driven experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dedicated team at Active Care Group.
This role focusses on the recruitment of Volume roles across the Group, supporting a diverse range of services, Sites, Hospitals and other departments across the group including neurological rehabilitation, complex care, mental health and central roles. You’ll work closely with operational and various teams as a trusted partner, helping us attract and secure the very best people who will make a real difference to the lives of our patients and residents.

What you'll be working:
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week,
- Monday to Friday (9am – 5.30pm).
The role is home-based, with travel required as in when required to attend meetings, site visits, events and open days.
Salary: £28,000 per annum (Pro rata)
What you'll be doing:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Be a positive and collaborative member of the wider Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Team.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both candidates and colleagues across the business.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Support a range of services with their recruitment needs, offering advice, guidance, and innovative ideas to improve recruitment practices.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple job boards, both via our ATS and through manual postings.
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment journey, including scheduling interviews and providing timely feedback.
- Produce and present weekly recruitment reports to track progress and performance.
- Contribute to recruitment-related projects and initiatives as required.
- Supporting each other in the team by covering the work during absence or leave.
- Work closely with managers on workforce planning to ensure future staffing needs are met.
- Attending and scheduling meetings with stakeholders to manage expectations and effective recruitment process.
What you'll have:

- Experience in Headhunting volume roles.
- Recruitment experience in an agency or In-house.
- Expert using job boards and sourcing tactics.
- Passionate about making a positive contribution to patient care by recruiting exceptional talent.

- A self-starter who is organised, detail-focused, and able to work autonomously.
- Ambitious, driven, and determined to achieve objectives.
