Are you ready to shape the future of our team? As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll take full ownership of the hiring journey—sourcing, screening, and hiring standout candidates. You’ll serve as an ambassador for Simply Business, using your relationship-building skills to cultivate diverse talent pools and deliver an inspiring, inclusive hiring experience.

• Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage top talent using direct channels, including your personal network, job platforms, and social media.

• Talent Screening: Evaluate candidates against role requirements and core values to ensure a strong mutual fit.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Simply Business across industry networks and talent communities to champion our culture and values.

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the recruitment lifecycle—from taking hiring briefs with managers to scheduling interviews, facilitating feedback sessions, and negotiating offers.

• Candidate Experience: Deliver clear, timely, and professional communication to ensure a positive candidate journey at every step.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

• Ability to build strong working relationships within the organisation and external networks
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience negotiating with candidates
• Working in a compliance environment

What is a Must Have?

• Extensive commercial experience working as an in-house recruiter or have a recruitment agency background
• Strong people and communication skills - ability to interact with a variety of people at different levels with different styles
