About the Role We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruitment across our UK, US and European teams.

Ideally, you'll have a background in fintech, financial services or technology, with experience recruiting across a mix of technical, commercial and specialist roles.

You'll work closely with hiring managers across Tech, Commercial, Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal and other business functions, supporting hiring needs across different markets.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable managing recruitment independently, sourcing candidates for niche positions and adapting their approach to different markets and hiring requirements.

You'll be based in the UK but will work with stakeholders internationally, so experience recruiting across the US and European markets would be particularly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK, US and Europe, covering technical, commercial and specialist positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs across different locations and business functions to understand recruitment needs and agree hiring priorities.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, direct headhunting, referrals and other relevant channels.
  • Build talent pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles across different markets.
  • Adapt sourcing strategies to local talent markets, taking into account candidate availability, salary expectations and competition.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from initial briefing and screening through to interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
  • Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights and advice on recruitment challenges.
  • Manage multiple vacancies across different functions, locations and time zones.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment activity, time-to-hire, quality of hire and overall delivery against recruitment targets.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, financial services or a high-growth tech business.
  • Experience recruiting across international markets, ideally including the UK, US and Europe.
  • Experience hiring for technical and specialist roles, with exposure to areas such as Tech, Commercial, Credit Risk, Compliance and Legal.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly for niche or hard-to-fill positions
  • A good understanding of how recruitment markets, salary expectations and candidate availability differ across countries.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or within an agency environment.
  • Confidence working with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across different functions and locations.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
  • A commercial and practical approach, with the ability to advise hiring managers and challenge requirements constructively.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across international time zones.
You don't need to have recruited across every function or market listed above, but you should have experience managing specialist recruitment and be confident adapting to new roles and markets.

Why Join Us?

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on recruitment, understands specialist talent markets and can build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers across different locations.
