You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Alstom by attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including senior management, HR teams, and our diverse workforce), act as a trusted advisor on recruitment matters, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of managing the end-to-end recruitment process, but also developing innovative sourcing strategies to meet current and future business needs. We’ll look to you for: Managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including setting recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations Collaborating with HRBP and functional leaders to understand and address business needs Providing expert advice and guidance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Developing creative sourcing strategies using tools such as referral programs, university partnerships, and employer branding initiatives Building proactive talent pipelines to ensure a diverse pool of top industry talent and experimenting with new methodologies and tools to continuously improve recruitment outcomes Our requirements We value passion and attitude over experience.
