Role Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Reporting & MIS Analyst to manage recurring TA reporting, maintain accurate recruitment data, and provide timely operational insights to the Talent Acquisition team and HR leadership. The role will focus on consolidating information from Workday and recruiter inputs, producing standard reports and dashboards, tracking hiring progress, and improving the consistency and efficiency of TA reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly Talent Acquisition MIS reports covering demand, open positions, candidate pipeline, interviews, offers, joining status, ageing, and closures.
- Consolidate recruitment data from Workday, recruiter trackers, and other approved sources into accurate and standardised reports.
- Validate data completeness and accuracy, identify discrepancies, and follow up with recruiters or stakeholders for timely corrections.
- Maintain TA trackers, reporting templates, metric definitions, and reporting calendars.
- Track hiring progress against demand plans, targets, service-level expectations, and key milestones.
- Produce operational dashboards and leadership-ready summaries using Excel and Power BI.
- Support recruiter capacity, productivity, source, vendor, offer, and ageing analysis as required.
- Respond to recurring and ad hoc data requests from TA, HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Highlight data gaps, delayed actions, and hiring risks requiring follow-up or escalation.
- Improve reporting efficiency through standardisation, automation, and clear process documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition reporting, recruitment operations, HR MIS, workforce reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment stages, requisition management, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, joining, and position closure.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, charts, and data validation.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or a similar reporting and visualisation tool.
- Experience using Workday or another applicant tracking or HR information system.
- Ability to manage large data sets, reconcile information from multiple sources, and maintain high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work within recurring reporting deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting operational information to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume or multi-business recruitment reporting.
- Knowledge of Power Query, basic SQL, or reporting automation.
- Experience maintaining data dictionaries, standard operating procedures, and reporting controls.
- Exposure to vendor, recruiter productivity, interview, offer, or joining MIS.
