What You'll Do As part of our Consulting Recruiting Team for Germany and Austria, you'll join the Recruiting Operations team. We own the end-to-end recruiting process for consulting talent—from application to contract signature—and play a key role in achieving our hiring ambitions by delivering an outstanding candidate experience. YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Owning the end-to-end candidate journey for consulting candidates, from application through the interview process and offer management to post-offer engagement Driving operational excellence by optimizing recruiting processes, systems, and tools while continuously enhancing the candidate experience Providing operational expertise and insights by preparing KPI-based reports, supporting decision-making, and serving as a trusted sparring partner Taking end-to-end ownership of special projects, strategic initiatives, and short-term analyses that round off your portfolio of tasks Supporting the onboarding of new team members and the development of junior colleagues by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and coordinating day-to-day work What You'll Bring You have a (technical) college degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management or business psychology. Some relevant experience in a similar role, especially in professional services, is a plus. You’re proficient in the MS Office suite. Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent. YOU'RE GOOD AT You are open-minded, enjoy interacting with people, and know how to get candidates excited about BCG. Who You'll Work With You’ll be a member of our interdisciplinary Recruiting team, based in Munich or Düsseldorf, whose collaboration is characterized by helpfulness, mutual respect, and trust. You’ll report directly to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development.
