You’ll play a strategic role within our global Talent Acquisition team, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, TA leadership and senior business stakeholders to identify and engage exceptional talent across our Marketing, Corporate and Commercial functions worldwide.
You’ll take ownership of sourcing strategies for business-critical, specialist and hard-to-fill roles, turning hiring priorities into targeted headhunting strategies, talent mapping and market intelligence. You’ll proactively find and engage high-calibre candidates, building meaningful relationships and talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and our longer-term business goals.
You’ll also have the opportunity to shape how we source talent at DAZN, using advanced sourcing techniques, AI-powered solutions and talent intelligence tools to uncover new talent pools and continuously improve our approach. By sharing actionable market insights and advising on talent availability and sourcing strategies, you’ll help our wider Talent Acquisition team make informed decisions and deliver greater impact.
While your primary focus will be proactive sourcing and pipeline development, you’ll also have the opportunity to support end-to-end recruitment and broader hiring activity as business priorities evolve. It’s a varied, strategic role where you can bring fresh ideas, take ownership and make a real impact on how we identify and attract talent globally.
This role will be based in our Hammersmith office, mostly on site.

- Continuously improve sourcing approaches, testing new tools and methodologies and sharing best practices across the wider TA team.
- Develop strong knowledge of DAZN’s business, employer proposition and talent markets to strengthen candidate engagement and sourcing outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of candidate experience, communication, data integrity and recruitment compliance.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and wider BAU hiring activity when required, including high-volume periods and business-critical projects.
