Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the efficient, end-to-end execution of recruitment processes. This is a highly operational role within a collaborative TA team — focused on coordinating hiring activities, managing candidate flow, and ensuring a smooth, structured, and positive recruitment experience across all stages of the hiring process. You will work closely with fellow TA colleagues, hiring managers, and candidates, making sure that every step of the process runs on time, with accuracy, consistency, and high quality. You will be part of a team that shares responsibility for delivering excellent hiring outcomes and continuously improving the recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities Execute end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, offers) Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates, TA colleagues, and hiring teams Conduct initial candidate screenings based on defined role requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ATS systems, ensuring data quality across the TA team Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the entire process Support hiring managers with process guidance, alignment, and coordination Assist with onboarding logistics and structured candidate handover Follow established recruitment processes, policies, and compliance standards Support reporting, tracking, and recruitment administration activities in collaboration with the TA team Your Profile 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a structured environment Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and consistency Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment Experience with ATS systems and MS Office is an advantage Working level of English (fluency is not required) What We Offer At Humaneva Group, we are building more than a workplace — we are creating an environment where people, collaboration, and impact come first.
