Job Description About the Role theFace HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for our client partners. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple industries. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient hiring experience. Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for client roles Conduct initial phone/video interviews Manage candidate pipelines in ATS (Zoho Recruit) Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients Maintain accurate candidate notes and status updates Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders Requirements 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience using an ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment Nice to Have Experience recruiting for HR, operations, or professional roles Contract or agency recruiting experience Benefits Benefits Hourly, non-exempt role. $21.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience Flexible, remote work environment Opportunity to support a growing HR consulting firm Exposure to multiple clients and industries Potential for ongoing contract work based on performance theFace HR recruits on behalf of client organizations.
