Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of exceptional talent across our organization. This is a senior-level, fully remote position designed for someone who works independently, takes ownership and consistently delivers strong hiring results.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a proven ability to identify, attract and secure highly qualified candidates for competitive and difficult-to-fill positions.
As the company grows, this position is expected to develop into a Talent Acquisition or Hiring Manager role based on individual performance, leadership ability and business needs. This provides a clear opportunity to eventually manage recruiters, improve hiring strategies and oversee the company’s broader talent-acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruiting process from job intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Create clear, attractive and accurate job descriptions.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and professional networks.
- Identify and engage passive candidates who are not actively searching for employment.
- Screen applicants and conduct structured interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience and organizational alignment.
- Manage salary discussions and negotiate employment offers.
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
- Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate and quality of hire.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Improve recruiting procedures using data, automation and AI-powered tools.
Required Experience
Candidates must have:
- At least five years of full-cycle recruiting or talent-acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting for senior-level, specialized or difficult-to-fill positions.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience screening candidates and conducting professional interviews.
- Experience working directly with executives and hiring managers.
- Experience creating recruiting strategies and building candidate pipelines.
- Experience negotiating competitive compensation packages.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
- Experience tracking and reporting recruiting performance metrics.
- Experience managing multiple open positions and competing deadlines.
- Previous success working independently in a remote environment.
