This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, corporate, and field-based positions across Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and New Zealand. By hiring exceptional talent for purpose-driven projects, you will directly contribute to the organization's mission of reducing road trauma and saving lives globally. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management across multiple global regions. Proactively source high-quality passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and strategic sourcing techniques. Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners by providing recruitment expertise, market insights, and hiring recommendations. Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Promote the Client's employer brand by communicating its mission, culture, innovation, and employee value proposition. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to support future hiring needs. Maintain accurate recruitment data using Workable ATS and the Checkmate employment screening platform. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable quality, safety, information security, and environmental management standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or At least three (3) years of experience in a multinational Talent Acquisition role. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Advanced experience using Workable Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Proven success sourcing and hiring technical and engineering professionals. Experience recruiting across at least two of the following markets: Australia, United Kingdom, United States, or New Zealand. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and international hiring compliance.
