We're growing our APAC team and looking for an organised, responsive, relationship-driven recruitment professional who thrives on delivering great candidates for live vacancies.

What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping our team fill vacancies across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and the wider APAC region. You'll work closely with our delivery team across APAC to identify, qualify, and manage talent through the recruitment process, ensuring exceptional service for both clients and candidates.

This includes:

• Delivering candidates for live roles - Sourcing, identifying and screening suitable candidates against specific role requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessment calls.
• Present shortlisted candidates, as well as building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current requirements.
• Managing the recruitment process and communications keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Obtaining references and support onboarding activities where required.
• Assist with advertising, candidate attraction and talent searches.
• Contribute to team performance targets and hiring outcomes.

Maintaining high-quality data and systems

• Keep our ATS updated with accurate candidate information.
• Ensure activity is documented consistently and thoroughly.
• Maintain organised talent pools for future opportunities.
• Support reporting on recruitment activity and pipeline progress.

What You'll Bring

• 2-5+ years' experience in recruitment, recruitment coordination, delivery, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience screening and interviewing candidates.
• Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM or ATS platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple countries, cultures, and role types.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting within technical, engineering, EHS, HSEQ, risk, infrastructure, construction or related sectors.
• Exposure to recruitment across multiple APAC markets.
• Agency recruitment experience.
