What you'll be doing: Lead end-to-end recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake meeting to offer acceptance Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities Develop creative sourcing strategies for technical, commercial, and corporate roles Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct outreach Conduct candidate interviews and support structured assessment processes Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience Partner with leaders across the Americas Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to managers and business leaders Provide market intelligence on talent availability, hiring trends, and candidate expectations Support workforce planning and hiring prioritization discussions Guide stakeholders toward data-driven hiring decisions Build talent pipelines Proactively map talent markets and build candidate networks Maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions Develop long-term strategies to reduce time-to-hire and strengthen talent availability Strengthen our employer brand Represent Element Logic throughout the candidate journey Support employer branding initiatives across the Americas Collaborate with marketing and local leaders to showcase our culture and opportunities What we're looking for: Experience 4+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search experience Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and commercial positions Experience supporting hiring across different countries and cultures Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools Experience in an international, fast-growing company is an advantage Skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong influencing and consulting capabilities Ability to build credibility with senior leaders Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Data-driven mindset and attention to detail Professional fluency in English is required Who you are Curious, proactive, and self-motivated Relationship-oriented and collaborative Commercially minded and business-focused Comfortable working across time zones and cultures Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences Why join Element Logic?
