About The Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (all genders) will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth by attracting top talent, particularly in sales-related roles. This full-time position involves managing end-to-end recruiting processes, collaborating closely with various stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who align with UNION TANK Eckstein's strategic objectives and organizational culture. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's expansion efforts, especially within the dynamic mobility and fintech sectors. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also support initiatives related to internal mobility and process optimization, ensuring the company's recruitment practices remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a successfully completed university degree or an equivalent professional qualification. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in recruiting, with a focus on sales positions, is essential. Experience within the (electric) mobility industry is highly desirable. The candidate should demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the entire recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, interview conduction, and active sourcing techniques. Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 level) are required to facilitate effective collaboration within an international environment. Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit a structured, autonomous work style, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders across various hierarchy levels. A proactive approach to process development and a keen interest in advancing recruitment strategies are also important qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for sales positions, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to craft compelling job advertisements and identify targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Identify and engage suitable candidates through active sourcing techniques, including talent mapping and networking.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment activities to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Facilitate and oversee offer negotiations, including communication with candidates and coordination with the works council as needed.
  • Support internal mobility initiatives by advising employees and managers on career development opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders on all recruitment-related matters.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding efforts.
