Role Description

REMOTE TALENT RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST / RECRUITER (US Event Staffing)

We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Talent Recruitment Specialist / Recruiter to join our growing team remotely from Colombia or Argentina.

Location: Remote — Colombia or Argentina

Schedule: Full-Time / Contract

Hours: Standard U.S. business hours, primarily Eastern or Central Time

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager and Operations Team

About the Role: You’ll help build and maintain InCast’s nationwide talent pool by sourcing, interviewing, vetting, and onboarding Brand Ambassadors, event staff, and Project Managers for major U.S. activations.

Ideal Candidate:

· 3–5+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, virtual assistance, or high-volume staffing experience

· Fluent written and spoken English

· Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate engagement skills

· Confident interviewing and evaluating candidates

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and professional home office

· Available during standard U.S. business hours

· Events, hospitality, experiential marketing, or staffing experience is a plus

· Able to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
