Talent Acquisition Specialist
VigilintThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's Human Resource Department and is responsible for implementing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy and full cycle recruitment process.
This role partners with hiring managers and organizational leaders to identify workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract qualified talent to support current and future business needs. The position manages recruiting processes and compliance, builds and maintains candidate pipelines, supports employer branding, and represents VIGILINT at recruiting events. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also uses workforce planning and recruiting data to proactively support organizational growth while ensuring a consistent and professional hiring process.
Talent Acquisition
- Create and maintain an environment with competitive advantage in support of the company's strategic plan.
- Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnel through full cycle recruiting and hiring.
- Develop appropriate recruitment marketing strategies, coordinate project support with hiring team, and establish service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build and run a pipeline of qualified candidates from sourcing through onboarding.
- Attend a weekly strategic meeting with the HR Manager to review the candidate pipeline, employee, and community engagement.
- Attend conferences when needed to promote VIGILINT medical personnel talent capabilities.
- Utilize workforce management and planning to proactively plan for company growth
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent sourcing strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills for crafting compelling content.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with event planning, and public relations.
- Experience in military, government contracting, or healthcare recruitment.
