We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual Recruiter) to join Cresta’s internal team.

In this role, you’ll lead the early stages of our recruitment process, conducting structured candidate screenings, evaluating English and technical alignment, and helping build strong talent pipelines for remote positions with U.S.-based clients.

This opportunity is ideal for recruiters with experience in BPO, staffing, or agency environments who enjoy fast-paced recruiting, candidate engagement, and delivering an excellent hiring experience.

🕘 Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

💲 Salary: $1,200 USD/month

What You’ll Do

• Conduct structured prescreening interviews to evaluate English communication skills and candidate alignment

• Review CVs, audio/video introductions, and candidate profiles to assess technical and professional fit

• Complete accurate candidate assessments and recruitment documentation within RecruitCRM and ATS platforms

• Manage pipeline progression and recruitment stages, ensuring speed, organization, and SLA compliance

• Deliver structured feedback to recruiters and leadership teams to support hiring decisions

• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates, providing clear expectations and a positive experience

• Build candidate interest by presenting Cresta’s opportunities, addressing objections, and strengthening engagement

• Collaborate with recruiting and sourcing teams to optimize workflows and maintain strong hiring pipelines
