FULLY REMOTE

Pay: $1300 USD monthly

We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our growing ABA team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-quality candidates for clinical and administrative positions, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and support staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building relationships and filling positions quickly are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Track candidate pipelines and ensure recruiting metrics are met.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring priorities and staffing needs.
• Represent the company professionally and promote a positive employer brand.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience required (healthcare recruiting preferred).
• Experience recruiting for ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare positions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting RBTs, BCBAs, or other healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
