We’re looking for a proactive and passionate tech-sourcing and recruiting Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our people team and support our ongoing hiring efforts during an exciting growth phase! In this role, you’ll work with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience as Opsfleet continues to scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (from sourcing, through interviewing, and till offer)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment (preferably in services companies or tech companies)
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, including fluent English and great interpersonal skills (working in a remote/ hybrid mode in the past is an advantage)
• Global experience is an advantage - as we have employees from over 20 countries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English - a must!
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Tech / startup / operations recruitment experience
