We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, screen, and place qualified professionals for healthcare organizations across the United States. The ideal candidate has previous recruiting experience and a strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including insurance benefits terminology and medical billing/revenue cycle functions.

This role will focus on recruiting candidates with experience in areas such as Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Denials Management, Accounts Receivable, Verification of Benefits, Prior Authorization, Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), Utilization Review, Case Management, and other healthcare-related functions.

Requirements

Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based healthcare and medical billing positions, from sourcing and screening through interviews and placement.
Source and evaluate candidates with experience in Medical Billing, RCM, Coding, Denials, A/R, VOB, Prior Authorization, Utilization Review, Case Management, and related healthcare roles.
Screen candidates for knowledge of U.S. healthcare and insurance terminology, including eligibility, benefits, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, claims, denials, and prior authorizations.
Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' healthcare experience, communication skills, and overall fit for client requirements.
Coordinate candidate submissions and interviews with hiring managers while maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and upcoming positions.

Benefits

Salary: Depending on experience with a Bonus Program

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
