ABOUT TECKRO

Teckro is a fast-growing Irish technology company in a period of hypergrowth, with revenues growing rapidly year on year. We are around 150 people today and have ambitious plans ahead. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage, make a real impact and help shape how we scale.

THE ROLE

As we scale, hiring is one of our most important priorities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist runs the day-to-day hiring process and is the main point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and agencies, making every hire fast, fair and well run. You will also help solidify and augment the foundations (referral programme, interview training, best-practice process) for how Teckro hires.

  • A candidate experience that is prompt and respectful, with timely updates and constructive feedback.
  • An employee referral programme launched and growing as a share of hires.
  • Hiring managers trained and confident in structured interviewing.
  • A clean, GDPR-compliant ATS with accurate records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare offers and contracts in line with approved salary bands, with the required approvals.
  • Coordinate background and right-to-work checks with external providers.
  • Manage candidates in the ATS in line with GDPR and guidance from the Legal Counsel/DPO.
  • Smooth handover of new hires to the onboarding programme.
  • Report recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements; support employer brand content.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Knowledge of GDPR in recruitment and Irish employment legislation relevant to hiring.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
