Short Intro and About the Job We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Baltic Talent team on a temporary maternity cover contract. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of functions while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. Main Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across the Baltics, from role briefing to offer and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver the best talent solutions. Source, assess, and engage candidates through a variety of recruitment channels. Drive a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment data and track key hiring metrics. Lead and continuously improve the Baltics internship programme. Support talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives. About You Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Confident conducting interviews and assessing talent. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment data to support hiring decisions. Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
